Health and Safety Policy Update March 16, 2020

We are actively monitoring updates from the UK Government, Public Health England and the World Health Organization and will continue to take measures to ensure we’re prioritising health and safety.

The wellbeing of our guests and employees is our utmost priority.

We have taken guidance from our HR advisers to implement:

Any employees returning from an affected area, or those who have had close contact with family/friends/housemates who have returned from any of these locations, are subject to self-quarantine for 14-days.

Any member of the team who has a new cough and or a fever will self-isolate for 7 days.

Our employees are taking extreme measures to ensure the highest levels of hygiene standards are maintained throughout all areas of our hotels and offices.

We’ve also taken steps to reduce cross-contamination, this includes our buffet/banquet service which will be focused around individually sealed portions and plated service direct from our kitchens.
